Coaching and team management

If you want to adopt agile methodologies in your organisation then we'd be happy to help. We can offer Scrum coaching to both your management and technical teams or even interim team management where a Certified Scrum Master could lead your development team for a number of projects until they've found their feet.

We can also help you adopt other agile practices such as test driven development or agile planning using user stories and would love to show you how powerful open source tools such as Subversion could improve your teams effectiveness.
